- Randy asked for a show of hands regarding whowould be at the AGM. He handed out 3 envelopes randomly for a ‘Who am I” for the AGM. Each person getting an envelope is asked to speak at the AGM about themselves.
- Business Arising/ New Business – just a heads up about a discussion at the AGM regarding: allowing women in the club or amalgamating with the Brentwood Bay Probus Club
