In order to print a membership booklet  press the button below and save this pdf file to your computer.  (You must save it to your computer and print the saved document for the booklet to print properly). When printing this booklet set your printer to print both sides.  If your printer does not have this function follow the instructions by printing front side first and then flip those pages into the printer and then print the back side.  Then fold the printed booklet.
