Correspondence – Probus Canada Group Insurance Plans- They have various plans which are on our web site. Also have travel insurance.
New Business- Greater Victoria Interclub Meeting November 21st 6 area clubs meeting together and discussing common issues and concerns.

- Treasurer: Noel Currie bank balance $4474. Unpaid dues 6 people still to pay.

- Events: Michael McLoughlin provided several ideas/options for tours with more information coming
Activity Reports
- Report on Christmas Luncheon- Barry Hawkeswood lunches traditionally well attended. Response so far has been dismal. We have today we have 20 people signed up for the X mas luncheon. Treasurer has names and cheques Now have 32 enrolled, and need more otherwise luncheon will be cancelled. Price includes $42 to caterer, and the room rental. Looking forward we are looking to a new venue. We need to know numbers by Wednesday14th, Final instructions
- Golf moved to Cordova Bay weekly and anyone wanting to participate contact Doug
- Hoppy Club – weekly on Tuesdays at 3:00 pm, Dickens Pub If you want to be on the email list, contact Andy Rosequist.
