JULY 31, 2024 MANAGEMENT MEETING
ARDMORE GOLF COURSE.

- Don Lambourne reported that Slate of officers in place for the AGM in September.
- Doug Watt will be President, Randy Mains will be Vice President
- Two positions will need to be filled: GUEST SPEAKER, and EVENTS COORDINATORS
Barry H. proposed that application form should be revised to get new members to sign up for a committee.
Ralph S. will update the application form.
Several names were mentioned to get involved in committees. Barry H. will forward names to Andy R
.
AGM will be held on September 5th ,2024. We have had in the past a lunch consisting of sandwiches. Don L. will check with Andy to find out who catered the AGM last year.
Barry H. mentioned that golf outing for August 15 to Cedar Hills has only 7 or 8 players signed up.
Christmas lunch is booked at Mary Winspear for December 11th, 2024. We will be using the same caterer as last year. Will hold 50-60 people. No sign up yet.
