In attendance: President Doug Watt, Vice-President Randy Mains, Brian Muir, Don Lambourne, Noel Currie, Ralph Salomons, Gord Skultety.
In memoriam donation for Jack MacAuley to Saanich Peninsula Hospital Foundation for $50.00.
The May outing to CFB Esquimalt has 7 attendees
BBQ Time 4:00-7:00 pm, food arrives at 5:00 pm
Cost will be $30. Single, $60. Couple Limited to 60 people, but we can accommodate a few more if required.
Registration will open May 01 monthly meeting. Noel will stay after the meeting and collect registration fees.
OTHER BUSINESS
Noel stated that 4 members had yet to pay dues for the current year.
There should be about $500. Left after the August meeting.
A discussion ensued, and decisions were made:
- Decided to eliminate the lunch at the annual AGM
- New annual dues to become $75.00
- Coffee fee of $2.00 for each member attending the monthly meeting. This fee will start with the June meeting.
Looking to the next executive which starts in September 2025, the following members will continue in their roles: Noel Currie as treasurer, Ralph Salomons as webmaster, Brian Muir as membership, Randy Mains will move up as president. There will be 2 openings on the executive: Vice -president and secretary.
